Editorial Standards
Our commitment to accuracy, transparency, and reader trust.
Accuracy & Research
Every claim we publish is grounded in scientific research, clinical evidence, or verified expert opinion. We cite peer-reviewed studies where applicable and clearly distinguish between established facts and emerging research.
Our editorial team fact-checks all content before publication and updates articles when new evidence becomes available.
Expert Review
Articles covering medical, dermatological, or clinical topics are reviewed by qualified professionals—board-certified dermatologists, optometrists, trichologists, or cosmetic chemists—before publication. Expert credentials are clearly displayed alongside their contributions.
Editorial Independence
Our standard editorial content is never influenced by advertisers, sponsors, or brand relationships. Writers and editors have full autonomy over the topics we cover and the conclusions we reach.
We do not accept payment in exchange for coverage in our standard editorial articles.
Sponsored & Feature Content
When content is created in partnership with a brand or sponsor, it is clearly labeled as "Feature" or "Expert Feature" in the article header. These labels appear prominently so readers can immediately identify the nature of the content.
Even in sponsored content, we maintain editorial control over claims, accuracy, and presentation. We do not publish content that makes unsubstantiated claims, regardless of sponsorship.
Corrections Policy
If we make an error, we correct it promptly and transparently. Significant corrections are noted at the top of the article. Minor corrections (typos, formatting) are made without notation.
